If some companies contact you by email or telephone, do not hesitate to let us know, we will remind them of the formal ban to use this file for commercial purposes. This rule applies to outside companies as well as to those where graduates work or who employ ICN interns.
GOOD NETWORKING PRACTICES
Any person who has been given a password and login to access the protected areas of the ICN Business School online directory of graduates and students acknowledges that he or she is aware of these rules and has committed to respect them.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions.
The site allows access to all or part of the information in the ICN Business School Alumni Directory. Access rights are linked to the user's profile and to the graduate's wish to share or not the details of his or her directory record.
Users who are not graduates or students are not visible in our directory.
RIGHTS
This tool allows you to:
- Contact a graduate or a student: benefit from his experience and approach him for a recruitment process.
- Manage their profile information
Go on "My Profile" to update and develop your profile. It is like a business card within the network.
- Manage the confidentiality and visibility of your profile

DUTIES

It is essential to understand the importance of maintaining this space PRIVATE to prevent addresses from being used for prospecting purposes / survey / building of commercial databases.

- Respond to solicitations

SANCTIONS
The user refrains from actively promoting any goods or services whatsoever, in accordance with this charter.
The user is hereby informed that being accused of systematic soliciting, active promotion and advertising is a cause for suspension of its access to the Directory.
As a last resort, in the event of repeated non-compliance with the recommendations contained in this document, the user may have its access rights to the Directory withdrawn, either temporarily (temporary suspension) or permanently (permanent suspension).
- Temporary suspension is validated by the ICN Alumni management, on the proposal of the Vice-President of the Alumni Association mandated for relations with the school or the team in charge of the database.
- The final suspension is decided by the ICN management, on the proposal of the President of the Alumni Association or the ICN Alumni management.
- These suspensions differ from the Directory membership.
IS A COMPANY CONTACTING YOU ILLEGALLY?
If you receive emails, letters or phone calls from companies claiming to be partners of the association, please let us know – most of the time these companies (in the field of taxation, real estate, etc.) illegally plunder the directories and are not partners of the association at all. If you let us know, we can, together with other alumni associations, build cases against these people.
